 A tart and effervescent cocktail that will brighten even the gloomiest winter months. Germany is not the first place that comes to mind when you think of gin, made with 47 botanicals from the Black Forest results in a gin that is unlike any other.

Blood Orange French 75

1 oz Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin

1 oz blood orange juice

1/2 oz lime juice

1/2 oz simple syrup 

Champagne or Sparkling wine 

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake gin, orange, lime juice, and simple syrup for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled. Strain into a champagne flute and top with champagne.
