I always have Pillsbury Biscuits on hand for desserts like this, It’s an easy shortcut and gives you the same great texture as a homemade yeast raised dough would in more then half the time!

Monkey Bread

1 can Pillsbury Grands Original Biscuits

100 g granulated sugar

2 tsp ground cinnamon

200 g milk

for the glaze

125 g powdered sugar

1 TBL milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Lightly grease an 8 inch cast iron skillet or and 8x8 inch baking dish.

Cut biscuits into 1 inch cubes and pour the milk over the dough. Gently toss the pieces of dough in the milk so each cube is completely moistened.

Stir sugar and cinnamon together in a separate bowl. Dredge each piece of dough in the cinnamon sugar and place in skillet. Each piece of dough should fit tightly in the skillet.

Bake for 20 minutes or until fully baked through the center.

Stir powdered sugar and milk together and drizzle over monkey bread while still warm.
