Tips on making this recipe perfectly

Do not strain the butter after you have browned it, one of the best parts of brown butter is the toasted specks it leaves throughout baked goods. And thats where all the flavor is

Brown the butter ahead of time so it has time to cool and firm up again.

Dice the apples into 1/2 inch cubes this way they will bake evenly.

When placing the batter into the baking dish, it is easier to press it in with your hands since the batter is on the thicker side.

Cut the blondies after they are completely cool, they are very fragile while warm and will fall apart.
