Nutella Swirl Banana Bread

230 g all purpose flour

150 g granulated sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 eggs

113 g sour cream

454 g mashed ripe bananas

250 g nutella

Hazelnut Crumble

100 grams hazelnuts, chopped

75 grams brown sugar

68 grams all purpose flour

65 grams unsalted butter, softened

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Butter and flour a 8 inch loaf pan.

Mix all the dry ingredients together.

Whisk together eggs, bananas, and sour cream. Mix into dry ingredients just until combined.

Place half the batter into your loaf pan and dollop the Nutella throughout. Place the remaining batter over the Nutella and with a knife make a swirling motion throughout the batter.

For the crumble, combine all the ingredients and with a fork or your hands (its easier this way) and squish together until it turns into a crumb mixture. Cover the top of the banana bread with crumble.

Bake for 40 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees F. Lower the temperature to 325 degrees F and cover the bread with foil and continue to bake for another 40 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Un mold onto a cooling rack once slightly cooled.

Enjoy butter, jam, or more Nutella!
