Hi! I'm Lindsay and welcome to my page! I was born and raised in New Jersey, which is where I currently reside with my husband Justin, and our two dogs, Leo and Penelope.

Growing up food was always a big part of my life. I spent most of my childhood in the kitchen baking all sorts of sweet treats, thinking about my next meal, and to this day I will always save room for dessert!

I graduated from the French Culinary Institute in 2005 with a degree in Pastry Arts, and have worked in some of New York City's most prestigious restaurants.

Reese's Peanut Butter Cookie Bars


For those of you who love your cookies soft and chewy, you're in luck. Every bite of these Reese's cookie bars is like getting to the center of a soft and chewy cookie. A combination of peanut butter cups and reese's pieces candy is the ultimate dream for any chocolate peanut butter lover, like myself!

Reese's Peanut Butter Cookie Bars

225 g sugar (1 cup)

115 g butter (1 stick)

1 egg

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking powder

130 g all purpose flour (1 cup)

220 g Reese's Pieces candy (1 cup) divided

10 mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a mixer with a paddle attachment, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix until emulsified. 

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together. Mix into creamed butter mixture until just combined.

By hand, mix in half of the reese's pieces candies into batter. Spread into a greased foil or parchment lined 8x8" baking pan.

Sprinkle remaining reese's pieces candies and peanut butter cups on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.

Cool and cut into squares.
